Support
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Playing your files
Open MP3 or WAV files with Dream Player or use File → Open File…: this replaces the queue. To append, drag files into the player or use Add to Queue, in the app or from Finder Services.
Sound
Settings → Audio (⌘,) holds the manual EQ, presets, automatic mode and crossfade. They apply to local files.
Spotify and Music
Start a track in that app and allow control when macOS asks. If it is blocked: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation.
Missing artwork?
Artwork must be embedded in your file or supplied by the current music app; Dream Player does not search for missing covers. Local playback keeps working.
Subscription
Use Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple Account. To manage or cancel, use your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
Contact
Write to support@dreamplayer.store with your app and macOS versions and what happened. Resend processes support messages and attachments. Please don’t send passwords or music.
